14px\">Promotion<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will commence from 5 April 2021 and will end on 18 April 2021 (\u201c<b>Promotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The award of the Cashback Reward (as defined below) will be from 21 April 2021.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">To qualify for eligibility, the YouTrip cardholder must have been invited by YouTrip to take part in the Promotion (&#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8220;). The YouTrip cardholder must also have successfully made at least one top-up to their YouTrip wallet with a linked Mastercard within the Promotion Period.<br \/><\/span><\/li><li>In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an &#8220;<b>Eligible Awardee<\/b>&#8220;:<ol><li><b>For 0.5% cashback: <\/b>0.5% cashback will be applied on all eligible Mastercard top-ups made within the Promotion Period by the Participant. A minimum top-up of S$20 is required. (&#8220;<b>Eligible Top-Up<\/b>&#8220;). The Participant must be using the version 3.17.0 and beyond of the YouTrip app.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Cashback Reward<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<b>Cashback Reward<\/b>&#8220;:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">0.5% cashback<\/span>\u00a0applied on all eligible top-ups made by the Participant during the Promotion Period. This Cashback Reward is capped at S$10 per Eligible Awardee.\u00a0<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u00a0The Cashback Reward will be automatically credited to an Eligible Awardee&#8217;s YouTrip wallet from 21 April 2021.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Cashback Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Rewards.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
