is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Campaign Period<ol><li>The Campaign will run from 9 to 14 March 2021 (\u201c<b>Campaign Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">The selection of the one hundred (100) <b>Eligible<\/b> <b>Awardees <\/b>(as defined below) will be from 9 to 14 March 2021 (&#8220;<b>Selection Period<\/b>&#8220;).\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The awarding of the Rewards (as defined below) will be from 17 March 2021.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li>To qualify for eligibility, a &#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8221; must fulfil the following conditions:<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Hold an existing YouTrip account.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li>Re-post the campaign post on their Instagram story.<\/li><li>Tag YouTrip&#8217;s Instagram profile handle (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/youtripsg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@YouTripSG<\/a>) and 3 friends on the story.<\/li><li>Successfully submit a proof of the re-posted story on the\u00a0submission form.<span style=\"font-size: 14px\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an &#8220;<b>Eligible Awardee<\/b>&#8220;:<\/span><ol><li>\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Be the first 100 Participants to successfully complete all eligibility criteria stated in 2.1<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Each Participant is limited to one (1) entry from one Instagram account only.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Rewards<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Campaign.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Reward<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Campaign consists of one (1) type of &#8220;<b>Reward<\/b>&#8220;:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><b>S$6<\/b>\u00a0will be credited to the YouTrip accounts of the first 100 Eligible Awardees.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Each Eligible Awardee is limited to one (1) Reward.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">YouTrip has the right to determine all Eligible Awardees.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but\u00a0 are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Rewards granted under this Campaign are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Rewards.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Campaign at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Campaign, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
