31 Dec 2020)\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">(\u201c<b>Promotion<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will run from 16 November 2020 to 31 December 2020\u00a0 (\u201c<b>Promotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">The awarding of Cashback Rewards <span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(as defined below) <\/span>will be credited by 15 January 2021.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">To qualify for eligibility, the YouTrip cardholder (&#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8220;) must first have successfully\u00a0signed up for YouTrip with promo code &#8220;SPREE5&#8221;, and successfully activated their YouTrip card within the Promotion Period.<br \/><\/span><\/li><li>In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an &#8220;<b>Eligible Awardee<\/b>&#8220;:<ol><li><b>For 3% Cashback:<\/b> The Participant must be among the first 25 Eligible Awardees to have successfully spent a minimum of S$2000 in foreign currency equivalent within the Promotion Period.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Cashback Rewards<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of the following &#8220;<b>Cashback Rewards<\/b>&#8220;:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3% cashback<\/span>\u00a0on all Qualifying Spend (as defined below) made within the Promotion Period. These Cashback Rewards will be awarded to the first 25 Eligible Awardees and are capped at S$80 per Eligible Awardee.<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">All Cashback Rewards will be awarded in the SGD equivalent value at the prevailing exchange rates.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">All rewards are one-off and not recurring.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Qualifying Spend<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;<b>Qualifying Spend<\/b>&#8221; refers to retail transactions for goods made via offline point-of-sales system or via the internet as an online transaction in any foreign currency. You can <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/09\/YouTripPerks-2020-Programme_Applicable-MCC-Codes.pdf\">access the list of applicable MCC codes here<\/a><\/u>.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">The following is a non-exhaustive list of transactions which <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><b><u>will not<\/u><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"> be considered as Qualifying Spend:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;margin-bottom: 0px\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any payments made via AXS and SAM networks.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any top-ups or payment of funds to payment service providers, prepaid cards or any prepaid accounts.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any other transactions determined by YouTrip from time to time.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to, at it sole discretion, determine whether a transaction constitutes Qualifying Spend.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but\u00a0 are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Cashback Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Rewards.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
