21:30 SGT (\u201c<b>Event Duration<\/b>\u201d), and will be hosted on YouTrip&#8217;s preferred platform, Kahoot (&#8220;<strong>Platform<\/strong>&#8220;) using <b>Zoom<\/b> as the designated Video Conferencing Service.\u00a0<\/li><li>The awarding of winners will be within Event Duration on 15 July 2020.<ol><li>All Winners (as defined below) who are awarded will be notified by 16 July 2020 via the email provided in the event registration form.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><ol><li>\u00a0To qualify for eligibility, an individual (\u201cParticipant\u201d) must fulfil the following conditions:<ol><li>Be a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or legal resident (holding a valid work or student visa).<\/li><li>Be a YouTrip user<\/li><li>Register and receive Confirmation of Participation from YouTrip through Event Page at go.you.co\/trivia-night (&#8220;<strong>Event Page<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/li><li>Form a team (&#8220;<strong>Team<\/strong>&#8220;) of one (1) to four (4) other registered Participants.\u00a0<\/li><li>Participate in the full duration of the Event on 15 July 2020, 20:30 &#8211; 21:30 SGT, as a <b>Team.<\/b><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of Prizes (as defined below) for any Event Prize.\u00a0<\/li><li>For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any individual from participating in the Event.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Trivia Night Virtual Event Prizes<\/strong><ol><li>All registered <strong>Teams<\/strong> will participate throughout the Event Duration and be tested on a variety of Trivia Questions, subjected and created by YouTrip.\u00a0<\/li><li>Point allocation of all <strong>Teams<\/strong> will be determined through a fixed and standardised algorithm by selected Event<strong> Platform.<\/strong><\/li><li>The number of Winner(s) and Event&#8217;s prize(s) (\u201cPrize\u201c) is determined and stated on the respective <strong>Event Page<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Selection by Merit:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><ol><li>All Teams who have participated in the Event will be eligible to win the Event Prize.<\/li><li>Registered and Eligible Teams who have the highest number of points, as allocated by the <strong>Event Platform,<\/strong> will win the following prizes<ol><li>The <strong>Team<\/strong> with the <strong>highest<\/strong> number of points as allocated by the<strong> Event Platform<\/strong> will receive 100 Singapore Dollars in the form of YouTrip credits per Participant, or up to 500 Singapore Dollars for a team of 5 Participants (&#8220;Prize&#8221;).<\/li><li>\u00a0The <strong>Team<\/strong> with the second\u00a0<strong>highest<\/strong> number of points as allocated by the<strong> Event Platform<\/strong> will receive 50 Singapore Dollars in the form of YouTrip credits per Participant, or up to 250 Singapore Dollars for a team of 5 Participants (&#8220;Prize&#8221;).<\/li><li>\u00a0The <strong>Team<\/strong> with third\u00a0<strong>highest<\/strong> number of points as allocated by the<strong> Event Platform<\/strong> will receive 30 Singapore Dollars in the form of YouTrip credits per Participant, or up to 150 Singapore Dollars for a team of 5 Participants (&#8220;Prize&#8221;).<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip\u00a0 shall not be liable for a Winner\u2019s failure or inability to collect a Prize whether due to a Winner not receiving communications sent to the contact information provided or otherwise. To collect a Prize, Winners must respond to YouTrip within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact for verification. Each Prize will be distributed to the respective Winners within thirty (30) days after successful verification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<\/strong><ol><li style=\"text-align: left\">YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback any Prize granted or to be granted to a Winner in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but\u00a0 are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; researching of Trivia Questions during the Event; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<\/strong><ol><li>Prizes granted under the Event are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of the Winner\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, a Winner shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim a Prize.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to either seek reimbursement from a Winner or (where the Prize is in the form of credits) deduct the relevant amount from the account balance of the Winner which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by the Winner as described in clause 4 above.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Change of Terms and Termination<\/strong><ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate the Event at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><ol><li>By participating in the Event, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
