2020 Reward (\u201c<\/span><b>Survey<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d)\u00a0is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (\u201c<\/span><b>YouTrip<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d) are subject to these terms and conditions (\u201c<\/span><b>T&amp;Cs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/p><ol><li><b>Survey Period<\/b><ol><li>The Promotion will run from <i style=\"font-size: inherit\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">17-Jun-2020<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to <\/span><i style=\"font-size: inherit\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">23-Jun-2020 23:59 SGT<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (\u201c<\/span><b style=\"font-size: inherit\">Survey Period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c).<\/span><\/li><li>The selection of the Eligible Awardee (as defined below) will be from 24-Jun-2020 to 26-Jun-2020 (\u201c<b style=\"font-size: inherit\">Selection Period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Eligible Awardees (as defined below) will be notified via email by <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">03-Jul-2020.<\/span><\/i><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><b>Eligibility<\/b><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A person must fulfil the following conditions to be an <\/span><b>Eligible Awardee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:<\/span><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Complete all response on the Travel Intent Survey 2020 questionnaire <a href=\"https:\/\/go.you.co\/travelintentsurvey\">https:\/\/go.you.co\/travelintentsurvey<\/a><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Be a YouTrip cardholder for rewards to be credited<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Provide a valid email address as a means of communication.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Reward (as defined below).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><b>Reward<\/b><ol><li><b>Selection by Chance:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Eligible Awardees will be randomly selected through an electronic ballot on all eligible submissions during the Selection Period.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Two Eligible Awardees will receive 100 Singapore Dollars in the form of YouTrip credits (\u201c<\/span><b>Reward<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ten Eligible Awardees will receive 10 Singapore Dollars in the form of YouTrip credits (\u201c<\/span><b>Reward<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d).<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><b>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<\/b><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback any Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but\u00a0 are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><b>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<\/b><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of\u00a0 an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim the Reward.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip reserves the right to either seek reimbursement from an Eligible Awardee or (where the Reward is in the form of credits) deduct the relevant amount from the account balance of the Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by the Eligible Awardee as described in clause [4] above.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><b>Change of Terms and Termination<\/b><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><b style=\"font-size: inherit\">Acceptance of Term<\/b><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
