9 June 2020) Promotion (\u201c<b>Promotion<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-weight: bold\">YouTrip<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u201d) and is subject to these terms and conditions (&#8220;<strong>T&amp;Cs<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Promotion Period<ol><li>The Promotion will run from 27 May 2020 to 9 June 2020 (\u201c<b>Promotion Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">The verification of awardees eligible for 2% cashback will be from 10 June 2020 to 15 June 2020.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The verification of awardees eligible for 4% cashback will be from 10 June 2020 to 15 June 2020.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The award of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below) will be from 16 June 2020 to 22 June 2020.<\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;margin-bottom: 0px\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">All Eligible Awardees (as defined below) who are awarded cashback will be notified by 16 June 2020 via the email provided in the campaign registration form.<br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">To qualify for eligibility, the YouTrip cardholder (&#8220;<b>Participant<\/b>&#8220;) must first have successfully <a href=\"https:\/\/youtripsg.typeform.com\/to\/ZVCRo7\">registered <\/a>on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtripsg.typeform.com\/to\/UsQWQ9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Promotion participation form<\/u><\/a>\u00a0within the Promotion Period.<br \/><\/span><\/li><li>In addition, a Participant must fulfil the following conditions to be an &#8220;<b>Eligible Awardee<\/b>&#8220;:<ol><li><b>For 2% cashback:\u00a0<\/b>The Participant must be among the first 3,000 Eligible Awardees to have successfully spent an equivalent of S$30 or more in foreign currency on Qualifying Spend (as defined below) within the Promotion Period.<\/li><li><b>For 4% cashback: <\/b>The Participant must be among the first 3,000 Eligible Awardees (as defined in 2.2.1) to have successfully spent an equivalent of S$300 or more in foreign currency on Qualifying Spend (as defined below) within the Promotion Period.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible for the redemption of the Cashback Rewards (as defined below)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to at its sole discretion disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Cashback Rewards<\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">This Promotion consists of two (2) types of &#8220;<b>Cashback Rewards<\/b>&#8220;:<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2% cashback<\/span>\u00a0on all Qualifying Spend (as defined below) made within the Promotion Period. These Cashback Rewards will be awarded to the first 3,000 Eligible Awardees and are capped at S$6 per Eligible Awardee.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4% cashback\u00a0<\/span>on all Qualifying Spend (as defined below) made within the Promotion Period. These Cashback Rewards will be awarded to the first 3,000 Eligible Awardees and are capped at S$16 per Eligible Awardee.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">All Cashback Rewards will be awarded in the SGD equivalent value at the prevailing exchange rates.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Qualifying Spend<br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;<b>Qualifying Spend<\/b>&#8221; refers to retail transactions for goods made via the internet and processed by &#8220;shopping and grocery&#8221; merchants as an online transaction in any currency other than SGD. Some examples of &#8220;shopping and grocery&#8221; merchants include merchants whose main business involves the sale of groceries, fashion or cosmetic products, sporting goods or video games. You can <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.you.co\/sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/04\/YouTripItOnline-2020-Promotion_Applicable-MCC-codes.pdf\">access the list of applicable MCC codes here<\/a><\/u>.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">The following is a non-exhaustive list of transactions which <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><b><u>will not<\/u><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"> be considered as Qualifying Spend:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/><ol style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;margin-bottom: 0px\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any payments made via AXS and SAM networks.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any payments to educational institutions.\u00a0<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any payment to financial institutions (including but not limited to banks, online trading platforms and brokerages).<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any payment to government institutions and services (court cases, fines, bail and bonds, tax payment, postal services, parking lots and garages, intra-government purchases and any other government services not classified here).<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any payments to hospitals.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any payments to insurance companies (including but not limited to sales, underwriting and premiums).<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any payments to professional service providers (including but not limited to accounting, auditing, bookkeeping services, advertising services, funeral services and legal services).<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any payments to utility bill companies.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any top-ups or payment of funds to payment service providers, prepaid cards or any prepaid accounts.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any payments for hotels, airlines or travel agencies.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any betting transactions.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">Any other transactions determined by YouTrip from time to time.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li style=\"font-size: 14px\">For the avoidance of doubt, YouTrip reserves the right to, at it sole discretion, determine whether a transaction constitutes Qualifying Spend.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Cashback Rewards granted or to be granted to an Eligible Awardee in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouTrip. Such activities include but\u00a0 are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Cashback Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Awardee\u2019s YouTrip account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Awardee shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Cashback Rewards.<\/li><li>YouTrip reserves the right to deduct the relevant Cashback Rewards from the account balance of an Eligible Awardee which were granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Awardee as described in clause 5 above.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip may, at its sole discretion, revise any of these T&amp;Cs or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&amp;Cs.
