style=\"font-style: inherit\">Campaign<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">&#8220;) is governed by these Terms and Conditions and constitutes your contract with YouTrip (Singapore), or its related subsidiaries and affiliates (\u201c<\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit\">YouTrip<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">\u201d):<\/span><\/p><ol><li>Campaign Period<ol><li>The Campaign will be valid from 2 to 13 March 2020 (\u201c<b>Campaign Period<\/b>\u201d).<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">The selection period for the campus winner (&#8220;<b>Campus<\/b>\u00a0<b>Winner<\/b>&#8220;) will be from 14 to 15 March 2020\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">(&#8220;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><b>Campus<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: bold\">Winner Selection Period<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">&#8220;). <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">The Campus Winner will be announced on YouTrip&#8217;s Social Media Pages (Facebook &amp; Instagram) and on the campaign microsite (https:\/\/you.co\/sg\/flex-your-purple) by 16 March 2020.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">The selection period for the &#8216;New-User Giveaway&#8217; winners (&#8220;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><b>New-User\u00a0<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\"><b>Giveaway\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Winner<\/span>&#8220;) will be from 14 to 19 March 2020 (&#8220;<b>New-User Giveaway Winner Selection Period<\/b>&#8220;)<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Eligibility<ol><li>To be eligible to participate in the Campaign, the Eligible Participant (\u201c<b>Participant<\/b>\u201d) should meet the following conditions:<ol><li>A Singapore citizen, Permanent Resident, or legally residing in the Republic of Singapore.<\/li><li>Employees of YouTrip and its affiliate agencies are not eligible for the redemption of Rewards associated to this Campaign (&#8220;<b>Reward<\/b>&#8220;). YouTrip reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its sole discretion.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>To be eligible <b>to be a Campus Winner<\/b>, a campus should meet the following conditions:<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Have the most number of YouTrip users by the end of the Campaign Period. This number is tallied by <b>combining<\/b>: 1)\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">The total number of <b>new sign ups <\/b>with the campus&#8217;s respective promo code (SIMFLEX, SITFLEX, SMUFLEX, SUSSFLEX, SUTDFLEX, NTU, NUS) (&#8220;<b>Promo Code<\/b>&#8220;) and 2) The total number of <b>existing YouTrip account holders <\/b>(only <a href=\"https:\/\/youtripsg.typeform.com\/to\/wTMupg\">successful registrants<\/a> will be included in the tally).\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>To be eligible <b>to be a New-User Giveaway Winner<\/b>, a Participant should meet the following conditions:<ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Successfully signed-up for a YouTrip account with a valid campus Promo Code before the end of the Campaign Period.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Reward<ol><li>The Campaign consists of Thirteen (13) Rewards:<ol><li>A collective Reward of free bubble tea will be distributed to the Campus Winner by 31 March 2020. YouTrip has the right to determine the quantity of Reward and mode-of-delivery.<\/li><li>Twelve (12) Rewards consisting of One (1) x Nintendo Switch, One (1) x AirPods Pro, and Ten (10) $50 YouTrip Credits will be rewarded to Twelve (12) <span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">New-User\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-style: normal\">Giveaway\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Winners. Each New-User Giveaway Winner<\/span><\/span>\u00a0is eligible to receive One (1) Reward only, and are\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px\">randomly selected through an electronic ballot on during the New-User Giveaway Winner Selection Period. YouTrip has the right to determine the date-of-issue and mode-of-delivery.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Fraud or Violation of Terms<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the right to reject or clawback the Reward granted or to be granted to the user in case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate, as deemed solely by YouTrip, activities related to this Campaign. Such activities include but is not limited to fraudulent account details, account set up using third party\u2019s information without consent, and other malicious actions.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<ol><li>Reward granted under this Campaign is non-refundable in any forms including cash, and under any circumstances including YouTrip account closure, suspense, loss, and expiry. YouTrip reserves the right to deduct from the account balance of the user or request for reimbursement payment for the relevant Reward granted due to fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate activities as described in Clause 4.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Change of Terms and Termination<ol><li>YouTrip reserves the final right to change the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign or terminate this Campaign any time without prior notification.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Acceptance of Terms<ol><li>By participating in this Campaign, a Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this the terms and conditions stated herein.
