In accordance with applicable safeguarding requirements, these accounts are kept separate from any account used to hold our own funds. The three different categories of authorised persons are finance user, accountant user and general user. This person is not able to make payments out of the YouBiz Account to an external party without prior approval of the finance user or admin user.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.2; margin-left: 18pt; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Poppins; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline;\">General user.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Poppins; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline;\"> This person is only authorised to use the <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Poppins; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline;\">specific Card assigned to them (as defined below) and view their own transactions made on the Card only.
