(\u201cPromotion\u201c) is run by You Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (\u201cYouBiz\u201d) and Qashier Pte. Ltd. (\u201cQashier\u201d) is subject to these terms and conditions (\u201cT&amp;Cs\u201c).<\/strong><\/p><p><b>1. Promotion Period<\/b><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">1. The Promotion will commence on 14 August 2023 and will end on 31 January 2024 (\u201cPromotion Period\u201d).<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">2. The Rewards (as defined below) will be awarded to Eligible Participants by 29 February 2024.<\/p><p><strong>2. Eligibility and Participation<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">1. To participate in the Promotion, a person must sign up for a new YouBiz account between 14 August 2023 and 31 October 2023 (both dates inclusive) with the promo code provided on Qashier&#8217;s marketing materials. Upon approval of their YouBiz account, the person shall be an \u201cEligible Participant\u201d in the Promotion.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">2. Eligible Participants are entitled to receive an additional 5% cashback, capped at S$100 (\u201cRewards\u201d), on their purchases made on a YouBiz card, excluding the &#8220;Excluded Transactions&#8221; specified here:\u00a0https:\/\/youbiz.zendesk.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/6486263841433-What-are-the-transactions-that-do-not-qualify-for-cashback-on-YouBiz-card- during the Eligible Spending Period using the YouBiz card(s) linked to their YouBiz account. The Rewards are in addition to the unlimited 1% cashback on all card payment transactions made using YouBiz cards. Please refer to the Appendix for more details.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">3. Employees of YouBiz, Qashier and their affiliates are not eligible for the Reward (as defined below).<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">4. For the avoidance of doubt, YouBiz reserves the right to disqualify any person from participating in this Promotion at its sole<\/p><p><strong>3. No Fraud or Violation of Terms<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">1. YouBiz reserves the right to reject or claw back any Reward granted or to be granted to an Eligible Participant in the case of any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct, as determined in the sole discretion of YouBiz. Such activities include but are not limited to the following: the provision of any false details; the provision of any third party\u2019s information without consent; and any other fraudulent or malicious actions.<\/p><p><strong>4. No Refunds and Rights to Clawback<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">1. Rewards granted under this Promotion are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances (including but not limited to any closure, suspension, loss or expiry of an Eligible Participant\u2019s YouBiz account). For the avoidance of doubt, an Eligible Participant shall not be entitled to any compensation, refund or alternative prize due to a failure to claim or use the Reward.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">2. YouBiz reserves the right to deduct the relevant Reward from the account balance of an Eligible Participant which was granted due to any fraudulent, dishonest and inappropriate conduct by an Eligible Participant as described in Section 3 above.<\/p><p><strong>5.
