Ltd. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>&#8220;you&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>&#8220;your&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> means the holder of an account.<\/span><\/span><\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Section B: General terms and conditions<\/strong><\/p><p>By using the Account or Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don\u2019t agree to the Terms, please stop using the App, Services, any Card and our website.<\/p><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li><b>Opening and holding an Account<br \/><\/b>1.1. To be eligible to open an Account, you must be:1.1.1. 18 years of age or older,<p>1.1.2. an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or holding a valid visa to reside in Australia; and<\/p><p>1.1.3. have an Australian residential address.<\/p><p>1.2. The Account is for personal use only and not for business purposes.<\/p><p>1.3. We may refuse to open an Account acting reasonably.<\/p><p>1.4. Sign-up process &#8211; You\u2019ll provide us with your contact number and email address, and agree to allow us to contact you through such email address and\/or contact number to assist you with setting up your Account.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Identification and Verification<br \/><\/strong>2.1. We are required by law to carry out security and customer due diligence checks on you in order to provide any Services to you.2.2. You agree to cooperate with all requests made by us or any of our third party service providers in relation to your Account and\/or Card, to identify you, authenticate your identity, or validate your funding sources or transactions.<p>2.3. You also agree to authorise us \u2013 directly or through our third party service providers \u2013 to make any enquiries we consider necessary to validate your identity. This may include asking for your date of birth, identification documents, or biometric data.<\/p><p>2.4. We may seek verification of your identity from third-party service providers. We will keep copies of all documents provided by you and will disclose or provide copies of your identification documents to third party bodies as required by law.<\/p><p>2.5. If we cannot confirm your identity, we may reject your application, suspend your Account, or freeze your funds, until such time as your identity can be confirmed.<\/p><\/li><li><b>Accuracy of information<br \/><\/b>3.1. You\u2019re responsible for providing us with accurate information when using our Services, including any applicable payment information you\u2019re prompted to provide.3.2. If we\u2019ve processed your payment request using the information you\u2019ve provided to us, it\u2019ll be considered correctly completed even if you\u2019ve made a mistake.<p>3.3. You\u2019re solely responsible for any losses that occur as a result of any inaccurate information you\u2019ve provided.<\/p><\/li><li><b> Safeguarding Your Money<br \/><\/b>4.1. As we are not an ADI, your Account is not a bank account and is not covered by the Australian Government&#8217;s Financial Claims Scheme (FCS).4.2. We are required by the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and the conditions of our AFSL to hold all customer money in a dedicated, segregated client trust account with an Australian ADI. This money is held on trust for you and is kept separate from our own funds.<p>4.3. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, you will be able to make a claim for your funds from this trust account.<\/p><\/li><li><strong>Deposits and Withdrawals<br \/><\/strong>5.1. You may top up your Account by: (a) card payment using a debit or credit card. Top ups are processed as card transactions and not as transfers from a bank account ; or (b) bank transfer to the BSB and Account Number we make available to you in-app, or to your YouTrip PayID. Bank transfers must be made from a bank account held in your own name. Top-ups initiated from a third-party account will be returned automatically to the sender. Card top-ups are typically immediate. Bank transfer top-ups are credited to your Account upon receipt and reconciliation; near-instant transfers via the New Payments Platform (NPP) are typically credited within minutes during normal operating conditions, while transfers via Direct Entry (BECS) are credited at the next available settlement window and may take one to two business days5.2. You may make withdrawals from your Account using your Card at an ATM.<br \/>5.3 Domestic ATM withdrawals (within Australia) are subject to a daily limit of AUD 2,000. Once the limit is reached, withdrawals will be available again after a 24-hour reset period.<br \/><br \/><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">5A. Bank Transfer and PayID specific terms<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p1\">This clause 5A applies to all top-ups made by bank transfer or PayID. Card top-ups continue to be governed by clause 5.1.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">5A.1 First-party transfers only. Bank transfers must be from an account held in your own name. Transfers from any other account will be returned automatically to the sender.<br \/>5A.2 Auto-refunds. We will auto-refund any inbound bank transfer that fails our first-party check, exceeds your wallet limit (AUD 20,000) or would cause your annual wallet activity to exceed AUD 1,000,000.<br \/>5A.3 Settlement timing. NPP transfers are usually credited within minutes. Direct Entry transfers may take up to two business days.<br \/>5A.4 Clawback by remitting bank. You authorise us to debit your wallet to reverse, return or recover any funds where the sending bank requests recovery, where the funds were remitted in error, or where required by law or scheme rules. We will notify you when we do so.<br \/>5A.5 Account closure effect. Upon closure of your Account, the BSB and Account Number and PayID assigned to you will be deactivated. You must not provide those details to any third party for funds transfer purposes after closure. Where a transfer is received after deactivation, the funds will be returned to the sender; we are not liable for any delay in such return.<br \/>5A.6 PayID disclosure. Your PayID is operated and registered through our service provider, and is generated from your name and a numerical suffix in the format {first name initial}.{last name first token}{3 digits}@au.you.co. You acknowledge that the PayID will display certain personal information (your initial and surname) when used to receive a transfer.<\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Account and Transaction Limits<\/strong><p>6.1. The maximum balance you can hold in your Account is AUD 20,000 or the equivalent in Australian dollars.<\/p><p>6.2. Reported balances and available funds are only approximate real time balances and may not include pending debits and credits.<\/p><p>6.3. No interest will accrue or be payable to you in respect of the amounts standing to the credit of your Account.<\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Transaction Processing<\/strong><p>7.1. We may subsequently adjust debits and credits to your Account so as to accurately reflect the legal obligations of you and us, for example, because of an error or because a transaction is reversed. If we do this, we may make consequential changes.<\/p><p>7.2. If a payment or deposit is made into your Account in error, we may withdraw that payment or deposit from your Account without your consent. If you have spent those funds you will be required to repay them, or your Account may be overdrawn.<\/p><p>7.3. We may reject, decline, fail to authorise, or delay any transaction to or from your Account where we consider it reasonable to do so. This includes where we reasonably believe we are required to do so to comply with applicable laws (including anti-money laundering or sanctions laws), if you fail to comply with these Terms, or if we consider it necessary to investigate the transaction for fraudulent or illegal activity.<\/p><p>7.4. We also have the right to suspend, or later reverse, the processing of any payment transaction if we suspect that the payment transaction involves any fraudulent activity, money laundering, terrorism financing or other criminal and\/or illegal activity or if we suspect you to be in breach of the Terms. In such an event, you agree that you shall not hold us liable for any withholding of, delay in, suspension of or cancellation of, any payment by or to you.<\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Pre-authorisation<\/strong><\/strong><br \/><p data-testid=\"page-4\">8.1. A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold placed by a merchant on your Card, and reserves funds for a future payment transaction, commonly carried out by hotels and car rental companies.<\/p><p>8.2. The temporary hold may be for up to thirty (30) days and may be for an amount greater than the final bill. You\u2019ll not be able to spend this temporarily held sum during this period.<\/p><p>8.3. We\u2019re not able to release such sum without the merchant\u2019s authorisation.<\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Overdrawn accounts<\/strong><p>9.1. You must not overdraw your Account. If your Account becomes overdrawn, you must repay the amount immediately.<\/p><p>9.2. You authorise us to, in the event that you fail to rectify any negative balance in your Account upon being notified by us, offset such negative balance by initiating a payment transaction from the payment card stored on file to top up your Account.<\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Restricted Activities<\/strong><p>10.1 You agree NOT to carry out the following activities (\u201cRestricted Activities\u201d) through our website, Services, App, Card, or Account:<\/p><ul><li>use your Account for purposes other than personal purposes, including business purposes;<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use your Account to facilitate criminal activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing and\/or unlicensed money lending;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">allow other people to operate, access and\/or control your Account;<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">fund your Account from a bank account, PayID or other funding instrument that is not held in your own name;<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">receive money from strangers, dubious sources, or other unverified sources;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">infringe the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of YouTrip or any third party;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">act in a manner that\u2019s defamatory, libelous, threatening or harassing;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">provide false, inaccurate or misleading information;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use the Services to facilitate debt-collection;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">facilitate any viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use an anonymising proxy; use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our website without our prior written permission;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use the Services to make transactions for the primary purpose of earning rewards, perks, miles, points etc. with your Card, or bank account;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use the Services to trade currencies for speculative purposes or for forex arbitrage;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">harass our employees, agents or other users;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use the Services to purchase or sell, or to facilitate the purchase or sale of illegal goods or services;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDouble-dip\u201d during a dispute, which refers to intentionally receiving funds from both YouTrip and a merchant for the same transaction;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">refuse to cooperate in an investigation or confirm your identity.<br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>\u00a0<b>Consequences of engaging in the Restricted Activities<br \/><\/b>11.1. In the event that you\u2019ve carried out any Restricted Activities, we may take action at our sole discretion, to freeze, close, suspend or terminate your Account.11.2. We may also, at our sole discretion, reverse any transaction related to Restricted Activities. You agree that you shall not hold us liable for any loss or disgorgement of gains made by you from such transactions.<\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Sanctions Laws<\/strong><p>12.1. We are committed to complying with all applicable sanctions laws and regulations (\u201cSanctions Laws\u201d). This includes sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council and those established under Australian law, primarily the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth) and the Autonomous Sanctions Act 2011 (Cth). We also adhere to all applicable sanctions laws in any other jurisdiction(s) in which we operate.<\/p><p>12.2. By using your Account and the Services, you represent and warrant that at all times, you\u2019re not subject to Sanctions Laws and shall not use your Account or the Services for the benefit of sanctioned individuals, entities, countries or territories.<\/p><p>12.3. We will not hesitate to take necessary action, including reporting, rejecting and\/or blocking transactions, rejecting funds, closing accounts, or terminating relationships that, at our sole discretion, appear to violate Sanctions Laws.<\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Statements and Receipts<\/strong><p>13.1. We will provide you with electronic statements of your Account every month via the YouTrip app. We provide you with a digital record for all transactions, accessible through the App.<\/p><p>13.2. We do not provide paper statements or physical receipts. You must regularly check your transactions and notify us immediately of any errors or unauthorised activity.<\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Closing your Account<\/strong><p>14.1. You can close your Account at any time as long as it has a positive balance. If you have a Card linked to your Account, you must give us 14 days&#8217; prior written notice and destroy all Cards. This notice period allows time for any final transactions to be processed before the Account is fully closed.<\/p><p>14.2. We may close your Account at any time by giving you reasonable notice. We may close your Account without prior notice if you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to manage risk or prevent fraud or illegal activity.<\/p><p>14.3. If we receive notice of a dispute from a third party who claims a beneficial interest in the funds held in the Account, we may at our discretion freeze the Account until the dispute has been resolved to our reasonable satisfaction.<\/p><p>14.4. Upon expiry of your Card, you shall no longer be entitled to use any remaining stored value in the Account. If you don\u2019t file for a refund within thirty (30) days from the expiry date of your Card, you shall be deemed to have abandoned your claim to the remaining stored value.<br \/>14.5. Effect on bank top-up details. Upon closure of your Account, the BSB and Account Number and PayID assigned to you for the purpose of receiving bank transfer top-ups will be deactivated. Where a transfer is received after deactivation, the funds will be returned to the sender; we are not liable for any resulting delay or third-party fee applied by the sender&#8217;s bank.<\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Changes to these Terms<\/strong><p>15.1. We can change these Terms at any time, acting reasonably. We may amend any part of the Terms by posting the amended versions on our website.<\/p><p>15.2. We will give you at least 30 days&#8217; advance notice for changes that increase fees or your liability, or as otherwise required by law. For other changes, we will provide notice on or before the day the change takes effect.<\/p><p>15.3. You agree that we can give notice of such changes via the YouTrip app, by email, by post, in writing on your statements, by advertisement, or by publishing them on our website.<\/p><p>15.4. Notice of Change:<\/p><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Type of change<\/b><\/td><td><b>Minimum number of days\u2019 notice<\/b><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any change that is an increase in fees or charges.<\/span><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30\u00a0<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Increase your liability for losses relating to transactions.<\/span><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30\u00a0<\/span><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other changes to the terms and conditions.<\/span><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No later than the day on which the change takes effect.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/li><li><strong>Tax<\/strong><br \/>16.1. As your Account is not an interest-bearing account, we are not required to collect your Tax File Number (TFN).<\/li><li><strong>Privacy<br \/><\/strong>17.1. We collect, use, and share your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).<\/li><li><strong>Complaints and Disputes<br \/><\/strong>18.1. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can resolve it through our internal dispute resolution process. We aim to resolve complaints promptly. For transaction disputes or requests for chargeback, you are required to raise them through the Cardholder Transaction Dispute &amp; Chargeback Form.18.2. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (\u201cAFCA\u201d). In the event that you raise a transaction dispute, we may credit you the disputed sum on a provisional basis (\u201cProvisional Credit\u201d). If your transaction dispute or chargeback request is unsuccessful, you acknowledge and agree that we have the sole discretion to reverse the relevant Provisional Credit transaction.<\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Liability<\/strong><p>19.1. Our liability for any losses or damages that you may incur from the use of the Account or Card as a result of our breach of these Terms shall not exceed the stored value balance in your Account or the actual direct losses or damages, whichever is lower. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.<\/p><p>19.2. Subject to any other provision of these Terms, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of using your Account, any delay or failure in processing a transaction, or any failure of equipment or systems you use to access the service.<\/p><p>19.3. We do not exclude any liability to you for loss or damage arising directly from our fraud, negligence or wilful misconduct.<\/p><p>19.4. You may be liable for any obligations related to your Account even after it has been closed.<\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Governing Law<\/strong><p>20.1. The laws of New South Wales, Australia, apply to these Terms and Conditions and any disputes or claims connected to these Terms and Conditions will be decided under those laws.<\/p><p>20.2. Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. However, if we get a judgment in our favour, we can take action to enforce it in any country where you are registered or have assets.<\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Other<\/strong><p>21.1. <strong>Internet Delays:<\/strong> The Services may be subject to limitations and delays associated with using the internet and electronic communications. We\u2019re not liable for any delays, delivery failures, damages or losses that occur as a result of these issues.<\/p><p>21.2. <strong>Updating Information:<\/strong> It is your responsibility to keep your contact information up\u0002to-date. If you are unable to receive electronic communications because your contact information on our file is incorrect or out of date, we shall be deemed to have provided the relevant communication to you.<\/p><p>21.3. <strong>Enforcement Expenses:<\/strong> Enforcement expenses may become payable if you breach these Terms. If you overdraw your Account, any reasonable expenses we incur in recovering our debt will be payable by you.<\/p><p>21.4. <strong>Waiver:<\/strong> Our failure or delay in enforcing any of our rights under the Terms or applicable laws shall not be deemed to constitute a waiver of such right.<\/p><p>21.5. <strong>Third Party Rights:<\/strong> A person who is not a party to the Terms has no right to enforce any of the Terms. These Terms does not create any rights under any trust, agency, or other legal doctrine that would allow a third party to enforce any of its provisions.<\/p><p><strong>Section C: Your Card<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Your Card<\/strong><p>22.1. Your Card remains our property. It must be returned to us on demand.<\/p><p>22.2. After you have received your Card, you must activate your Account in the App and sign the signature panel on the back of the Card immediately.<\/p><p>22.3. Each Card shall be valid for the period (\u201cValidity Period\u201d) stated on that Card. You agree and understand that the Validity Period may not be extended. Before your Card expires, we will automatically issue you a renewal card.<\/p><p>22.4. If your Card is lost, stolen, damaged or defaced, you may apply for a replacement Card from us. A card replacement fee applies. We\u2019re not responsible for any losses that occur as a result of your Card being lost or stolen.<\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Using your card<\/strong><p>23.1 You can use your physical Card at ATMs and EFTPOS terminals in Australia and overseas where Mastercard is accepted. You can also add your Card to a compatible digital wallet.<\/p><p>23.2. All transactions require our authorization. We can refuse a transaction if there are insufficient funds in your Account or we suspect fraud.<\/p><p>23.3. You must keep your Card safe and not allow any other person to use your Card.<\/p><p>23.4. We are not responsible if a merchant or financial institution refuses to accept your Card. If you have any complaints about goods or services, you must raise them directly with the merchant.<\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Foreign Currency Transactions<\/strong><p>24.1. When you make a transaction in a foreign currency, we will convert the amount into Australian dollars at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Exchange rates may vary from time to time. You can see the latest exchange rates in the app.<\/p><p><strong>Section D: The YouTrip App<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Using the App<\/strong><p>25.1. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the device you use to access the app.<\/p><p>25.2. The App is intended to be used on mobile devices that run Apple or Android operating systems, or other operating systems approved by us. You must not use the Services on any operating system that has been modified or customised in any manner (i.e., &#8220;jailbroken&#8221; or &#8220;rooted&#8221;). You\u2019ll bear the sole responsibility for any losses that occur as a result of such unauthorised use.<\/p><p>25.3. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the app, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free<\/p><p>25.4. We may block access at any time if we believe it is being misused or to maintain security.<\/p><p><strong>Section E: Use and security of your Card, passcode and PIN<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Protecting your access methods<\/strong><p>26.1. The security of your Card, PIN, passcode and any other codes used to access the Services (\u201cCredentials\u201d) is very important. You are responsible for maintaining reasonable security and control of your mobile phone and all Credentials. You must take all reasonable steps to keep them secure.<\/p><p>26.2. You must not:<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tell anyone your PIN or passcode.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Record your PIN or passcode in a way that is not reasonably disguised.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select a PIN or passcode that is easily identified with you (e.g. your date of birth).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Allow anyone else to use your Card or app.<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Loss, theft and unauthorised use<br \/><\/strong>27.1. You must lock your Card and notify us immediately if your Card is lost or stolen, or if you suspect someone else knows your PIN, passcode or other Credentials.<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">27.2. You can lock your Card instantly in the app at any time. While your Card is locked, you can\u2019t use it for any transactions.<p>27.3. Any unreasonable delay in notifying us may increase your liability for losses.<\/p><p><strong>Section F: Liability for Unauthorised Transactions<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">When you are NOT liable<br \/><\/strong>\u00a028.1. You are not liable for losses from unauthorised transactions that are:<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caused by the fraudulent or negligent conduct of our employees or agents;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Related to a forged, faulty, expired, or cancelled card or PIN;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Occurred after you notified us that your Card was lost or stolen, or that your PIN\/passcode security was breached;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Where it is clear you have not contributed to the loss.<br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><b>When you ARE liable<br \/><\/b><b><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">29.1. You are liable for losses from unauthorised transactions if you contributed to the loss by:<\/span><\/b><\/b><ul><li><b><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acting fraudulently; <\/span><\/b><\/b><\/li><li><b><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voluntarily disclosing your PIN or passcode to anyone; <\/span><\/b><\/b><\/li><li><b><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failing to take reasonable steps to protect the security of your PIN or passcode, such as writing it on your Card or not reasonably disguising a written record of it; <\/span><\/b><\/b><\/li><li><b><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unreasonably delaying telling us about the loss or theft of your Card or compromise of your PIN\/passcode.<\/span><\/b><\/b><\/li><\/ul><p>29.2.
