As a Senior Marketing Executive specialising in campaign and social media management, you will be managing and executing campaigns to drive product usage and user acquisition. You will also be managing YouTrip Singapore’s key social media channels and execute campaign tactics to drive channel engagement and growth. This is a full-time position.
You will
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support the growth of user acquisition and product utilisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new target audiences; develop, evaluate, and refine campaign and content strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimise strategies through data-driven insights to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide reporting and analysis of campaigns and social media channel performances.
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive organic performance such as follower growth and reach across key social media channels.
- Manage an in-house creative to execute campaign creatives and social content.
You are
- A campaigns management expert – You have great project and time management skills, with good attention to detail. You have managed end-to-end consumer targeted campaigns with internal and external stakeholders, and should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- An e-commerce fanatic – You understand and can identify key shopping trends and B2C industry best practices that drive consumer spending. Having relevant experience in e-commerce or B2C marketing is a plus.
- A content expert – You have a strong awareness of emerging trends and behaviors on social media and are able to interpret digital culture to drive business objectives. Having experience in managing creatives to drive efficient output and quality content is a plus.
- An excellent communicator – You have a good command of English and are able to articulate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A fearless self-starter – You dare to push the creative boundaries, implement new ideas and test new formats to optimise for conversion.
- Data-driven – You have a detailed understanding of numericals and have the ability to synthesise data into actionable insights. have a strong awareness of emerging trends and behaviors on social media and are able to interpret digital culture to drive business objectives.
